Welcome to [Lockd Performance ] We sell pretuned ECUs and related tuning products through our website 

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Our Products

We sell pretuned ECUs and related performance products. Product descriptions, specifications, and performance claims on the Site are provided in good faith based on testing and experience, but results can vary depending on your vehicle, modifications, fuel quality, climate, driving style, and installation.

Important acknowledgments:

•  Pretuned ECUs are performance products. They Increase power, alter drivability, and change how your vehicle operates.

•  Using a pretuned ECU can void your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty, Impact insurance coverage, and may not be legal for street use in all jurisdictions.

•  You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase complies with local laws, regulations, and emissions requirements in your area.

•  We strongly recommend doing your own research on installing a pre-tuned ECU if by a qualified technician familiar with your vehicle. Or Contact us for help

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in ($AUD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (including pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept [list payment methods]. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship World Wide. Shipping times and costs are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Returns

•  Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.

•  Opened or installed ECUs are generally non-returnable due to the nature of the product, unless the product is defective as determined by us.

•  To start a return, contact us at TunedByLockdiff@gmail.com. Approved returns must be shipped back at your expense and risk.

•  Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Acceptable Use of the Site

You may use the Site to browse and purchase products. You agree not to:

•  Use the Site for any illegal purpose

•  Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security

•  Scrape, harvest, or misuse content or data from the Site

•  Submit false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and tuning-related materials) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission.

The tuning maps, calibrations, and software contained in our pretuned ECUs remain our intellectual property. Purchase of a pretuned ECU grants you a limited license to use that specific tune on the vehicle for which it was intended. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, share, sell, or redistribute the tune or software.

8. Risk, Warranty & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

•  We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance gains, reliability, or suitability for your specific vehicle or use case.

•  We do not guarantee that the product will comply with emissions or road-use laws in your location.

•  You assume all risk associated with the purchase, installation, and use of the product. This includes (but is not limited to) engine damage, transmission damage, increased wear, reduced reliability, loss of warranty coverage, legal or insurance consequences, and any safety risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we (and our owners, employees, and agents) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, vehicle damage, engine failure, downtime, or personal injury arising from the use (or inability to use) our products or the Site.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that specific product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

•  Your use or misuse of our products

•  Your failure to comply with local laws or regulations

•  Your installation or modification of the product

•  Any claim that your use of the product caused damage, injury, or legal violation

11. Termination

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Site at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated or for any other reason. You may stop using the Site at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales / Australia , without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maitland/Hunter Valley, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
